PaperCraft Star - Challenge 5

Hi! It's Challenge number 5 this week at PaperCraft Star, and it's Circles! You can post your entries for this challenge Wednesday July 21st - Saturday July 24th (noon EST). Then the voting will begin Saturday running through Tuesday July 27th! I hope you will join in the fun at PaperCraft Star!

With this weeks challenge being circles, it leaves a lot of room for interpretation and creating whatever craft you want! I am currently loving mini albums, so I thought I would create a circle mini album! I used old CDs for the base of my mini and I wanted the subject to be my daughter's lovey! I collected my supplies and created from there!

I completed this project before our trip to Disney and while we were there we lost her monkey! If you could please see two posts below, maybe you could help us find another one for her!

This project was a ton of fun and will be the perfect keepsake for my daughter. I love how I could not only use circles as the base shape for my mini, but also for the embellishments!! I used circle punches, buttons, patterned paper, and circle tags to embellish my circle mini! I hope you will give this and other challenges at PaperCraft Star a try, and I look forward to seeing you there!

This mini is just precious! What a sweet keepsake of such a special part of your daughters character. Hadn't thought of using CD's for a base but they would make a great page. Great idea and beautiful project Regan!

What a wonderfully sweet project. I can feel the pain of losing monkey - almost a tragedy, huh. (We bought grandson a replacement monkey as his was getting pretty raggedy, and we were worried about its demise, but he merely treated it as 2nd REQUIRED monkey, so now we have two to worry and fret over...)

Thank you Tracy! I used the cds that my kids get in their kids meals! They are a nice sturdy base!

Thank you Jan! I am probably more upset then she is but she does scream at nap time because he isn't there to cuddle with. So sad! LOL Oh no!

Thank you Steph! I hope so too!

Hugs,
Regan
