The Write Stuff

So over this past week, I sat down with my daughter one afternoon to teach her to write her name. She did pretty well but was still having a little trouble with the "m". A couple of days later I found a dry erase notebook with uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers in it and purchased it for her. She practiced all afternoon in her new little book and by that evening she wrote her name!!!

I created this layout to document her learning to write her name!

I came across a new challenge blog today called Frosted Designs. They happen to be hosting a Back to School challenge so I am submitting this layout! My Layout made Top 3 at Frosted Designs!!

Paper: White card stock
Patterned Paper: Girl Friday by Cosmo Cricket and yellow patterned paper from the Mango Frost collection by DCWV

This is fabulous!! I'm not sure which photo I like better... the one with total concentration or the one that shows the excitement of getting the task completed!! I love the way you preserved the way your daughter wrote her name!! That is priceless!! I'm glad you found us at Frosted Designs.... we hope to see you back again soon!!
