Use Your Stuff - Unscripted Sketches

Hi there! It is Christmas in July all month long at Unscripted Sketches. Stop by everyday for fun projects, tutorials, designer spotlights and a chance to win prizes!!

Today I am hosting the Use Your Stuff segment! I think all of us have that one stack of pattern papers that we love too much to use, or a special tag you received from a scrappy friend..... what about all the scraps, envelopes and cardboard you can't throw away because "we ARE going to use it!" ? I have a fun project that allows you the opportunity to USE YOUR STUFF!!

How about a December Daily / Junk Journal?
You know you have all the stuff laying around to make one.
Don't have chipboard? Go green and use cereal box!

In the video below I will share a few junk journals and a December Daily I have made and a chance for you to win a junk journal / December Daily of your own!

I hope you are inspired to Use Your Stuff today!
I will draw 2 lucky winners at the end of July, so don't forget to enter!  **CLOSED**

Below you will find the links mentioned in the video.

Hi, I just came here from Unscripted Sketches and really love the video! I don't mind the bent rings so please put me in the drawing! Thanks for a chance to win! My fav Christmas memory....I would have to say being at my grandparents house when I was younger. Something about all the decorations and presents seemed magical! And there were alot of both so for a young kid it was pretty cool! :)

Regan, oh my goodness, finally a way to use all my bits and pieces that I don't want to throw away. I would love to be entered into your December Daily Journal or your junk journal giveaway. Love all the papers that you used. How pretty. You must have a book binding punch of some sort? Loved your other books, too. I think they would make wonderful gifts.
Christmas was always special when I was little because we went to both grandparents houses on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The food was so yummy and there were always so many cousins to play with. Then there was the tiny yellow box of Italian candy that my Grandma always gave us. I wish I had the wrapper, now, to remember what kind it was.
Thanks for sharing and the inspiration to make a few books.

Very cool way to use scraps and recycle too. Thanks for sharing the idea! I'd love to be entered in the drawing for one of the books.

My fav holiday memory was the year my DD and I made soaps to hand out at nursing homes. It had begun to snow while we were inside and when we were done my DD ran out the door and began jumping up and down in the falling snow yelling, 'this is great, just great!' Wanting to prolong my enjoyment of her excitement about the snow, I asked her 'what's great honey?' She stopped jumping and turned to me and in a serious voice replied, "What we just did Mommy."

Thank you for the video. That´s the thing which I have thought but never find the way to do that. Thank you for sharing the good idea!

I came from Unscripted Sketches and I like finding new ways to use up my collection of crafting goodies. Thanks for the chance to win your album.
