Wanna play a game of Simon Says? Then join us this week at Papercraft Star!!
This month Kraft Outlet is sponsoring the Design Team!
I have really been looking forward to this month to use and share with you the great products Kraft Outlet has to offer! You can see my haul video for Kraft Outlet HERE!
Simon Says make a card using the following steps that Simon said.
Base: 4.5 X 5
Double Mat #1: cut at 3 3/8 X 4 5/8
with another color cut a 3 1/4 X 4 1/4
Double Mat #2: cut at 2 3/4 X 4
with another color cut at 2 3/4 X 2 1/2
Add Ribbon
Add Button(s)
Add Punch or Die Cut
Simon inspired me to create this pretty little Christmas Card!
I used kraft card stock from Kraft Outlet for the base of my card and added the Signature Christmas collection by My Minds Eye for the red patterned paper. I added the blue card stock for that extra pop of color. I really love how the blue pops off the kraft. I love the look of inked edges, so you now I had to do a little inking around the edges of the blue card stock!
I have to admit that I thought it looked finished without the punched ornament, but now I really like the feel of the card with the ornament.
I got out the sewing machine again for this project and stitched along some of the seams to give some added interest to the card.
I hope you will join us for a fun game of Simon Says! You can post your entries for this challenge at the Papercraft Star blog now through Saturday November 6th at Noon EST. Then the voting will begin Saturday and run through Tuesday November 9th, so hop on over a vote for our next Papercraft Star!
